This part of the site is under construction, and we would love you to send us your good, bad and just plain ugly fundraising or company sales war stories for publication here. We are interested to hear from all sides of the table, including private equity firms, venture capital firms, corporates and entrepreneurs. Anything which is a salutary lesson from the trenches would be much appreciated.

Please sanitise your war stories before sending them, or we will sanitise them before use. We don’t want to identify anyone by name on any side of any transaction.
